Accurate Order Total Policy
The entire price of your order will be calculated at checkout. There are no hidden fees or additional charges for our clothing and accessories. The price you see upon checkout is exactly what you will pay — never more.
Immediate Billing
Your selected payment method (e.g., PayPal or credit card) will be billed at the time of checkout, and our team will start preparing your order immediately.
Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is an error or omission on our part.
For example, if we mistakenly listed an item of clothing for £0.10 instead of £10.00 and you ordered 20 pieces, we would reserve the right to cancel your order instead of shipping it.
We will never charge you a different price than what was displayed at checkout.
Right to Fair Substitution / Updated Merchandise
From time to time, clothing styles and product details may be updated by our suppliers. These changes may not be immediately reflected in the photography or descriptions on our website. If you receive an updated version and you strongly prefer the original style, you can request a refund or an exchange.
