We hope you love every item you purchase from brocclini.com. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to process a return or exchange.
Return Period
In accordance with consumer protection regulations:
- United Kingdom: You have the legal right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.、
- United States: We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- For hygiene reasons, items such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Items marked as “Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@brocclini.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.

All returns must be sent to our centralized processing center:

Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: For standard returns (size issues, style preference), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees to our facility in the United Kingdom.
Return Shipping
- If everything is ready, you have 7 days, from the date of receiving return approval, to send off the item you wish to return. The shipping fee will be paid by you.
- Please tell us by email the tracking number and the tracking URL after sending off the item you wish to return.
- Once the returned item is received, we will tell you by email whether the returned item is eligible for our Return & Refund Policy. If so, we will issue a refund to you. If not, we reserve the right to refuse to refund you.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
Refunds
- We will refund you after receiving the returned item which is eligible for our Return & Refund Policy, and we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
- Any shipping fees paid are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. No restocking fees will be charged to the consumers. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
